Products sold by The High Frequency Collection are intended for general wellness purposes. Product Information

Our proprietary herbal formulas are exclusively created by The High Frequency Collection. Main ingredients are identified on applicable product listings; formulas may be modified when appropriate.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product availability, or violations of our policies. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, any amount owed will be refunded as appropriate.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, although processing may take longer following sales, during periods of high order volume, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Once a shipment is accepted by USPS, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit is subject to the applicable carrier claims process as described in our Shipping and Refund Policies.

Consultations

Any consultation offered by The High Frequency Collection is intended to provide general herbal wellness education, answer questions, discuss wellness goals or concerns, and assist customers in understanding available products.

Consultations do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or individualized medical care and are not a substitute for advice or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.
